Just finished this green apple with two red cherries the other day. And, of course, I could not resist putting a water drop on this one too! :) Hope you like it!

I absolutely LOVE painting lemons with reflections on a bluish-greyish background! Lemons are such happy fruit! :) Here is one made on 6x6 inch gallery wrapped canvas.

One of my customers suggested making one on a bigger canvas, 24x24'. Great idea! I think it will definitely make a statement in the living room! :)

Sometimes I start painting something and get too obsessive about the subject... well, like it is the case with pears... and water drops... lol

So welcome! Another pear. "Lone Pear".

Pears are very interesting to paint, because their skin is so versatile, and colors are so vibrant! Blush pears are my favorite! And, of course, I could not resist the temptation of adding a few water drops! :)

I included some close-ups. I am planning of painting these two pears on a bigger canvas! So check back often! :)

Thank you SO much for looking at my paintings!!!

Here is another one of my winter paintings. "Winter Forest". I painted bunny tracks in the snow to indicate that there are some inhabitants in this beautiful winter forest! :)

I always wanted to try painting winter landscape with snow falling from tree branches. I called this one "Snow Sparkles". There is a bunny hidden in the painting :)

This painting is available on https://www.etsy.com/listing/215764937/snow-sparkles-12x16-original-acrylic?ref=shop_home_active_12

This was my very first winter painting after a long break! I included some close-ups for you! :)

          Hello there! J

Thank you for stopping by to read my painting blog!

My name is Margo, and I am originally from Ukraine. I have been living in the US for over 8 years now. I have always been drawn to art. As a child, I loved to draw, paint and write short stories. Later on, I fell in love with studying foreign languages. I devoted many years to get my University degree, follow my dream to be a translator, getting a family and raising a child. It seemed like my love to painting and drawing remained in the past….

Then, one day, I took my child to attend a local group art class, and my love for art came back to me. Hopefully, this time forever. I started painting winter landscapes. A lot of them. J Most of my early paintings at this time were winter snow scenes. They reminded me of the happy childhood winter holidays at my grandma’s in Ukraine… Later on, I started painting more landscapes, also trying my hand at still life compositions. I am planning on painting more landscapes, still life compositions, as well as try my hand at painting animals and birds!

I hope you follow me on my journey! After all, it is all about the journey to our artistic destinations! I am planning on enjoying mine!

Hope to hear from you!

Sincerely, Margo
